Investing in Your Small Group Leaders
Getting your small group leaders together to teach, share and train has a massive impact on the culture and care of your church family.
My heart goes out to small group leaders: they are often already very active and busy with other areas of life, and yet they long to bring people together with the aim of drawing closer to one another and to God.
They are people who resist the easy option of non-involvement, and fight to see God’s kingdom come amongst his church, right now.
